Are you a Estimator from a construction background looking to take the reins of a number of high-end projects , within a company that gives you the opportunity to progress to Bid Manager and effect the direction of the company?
The company are a Large well established commercial property maintenance company with an extensive portfolio spread out over London. They have seen extensive growth after the pandemic and have gone from strength to strength.
You will carry out detailed M&E planned preventative maintenance cost pricing and estimation for new contracts, variations to contracts and re-tendered contracts. You will work from surveys, pre-prepared tender documentation, internal and external leads and enquiries, undertake site surveys, in conjunction with the others. Review and evaluate the technical and commercial requirements of pre-prepared tender documentation, specifications and SLA’s for the purposes of balancing strict technical, statutory and performance related compliance.
This role would suit a Estimator from a construction background that’s looking to join a fast growing property maintenance company, that have just been take over by a large group and now offer fast and achievable progression in to Management.
The Role
* Estimating permeative maintenance costings
* Dealing with clients and site managers, reporting back to the Sales Director
* Site, Office and Home based
The Person
* Estimator experience
* Commercial property experience is a bonus
* Driving licence and Commutable to office in Slough
