Are you from a Project / Estimating or Commercial background, with a construction experience, looking to step into a management role, where you will take responsibility for the commercial aspects of high value projects (up to £5 million), for a highly reputable, specialist company which contributed to projects such as The Shard, offering a high end design, fabrication and installation service to a diverse range of clients?

You will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of current and prospective projects, coordinating all financial activities of ongoing projects, and utilizing your commercial awareness and expertise to promote savings within the business, directly adding value to the company.

The role:

• Manage all financial aspects of current projects, monitoring performance and reporting any issues to Project Managers
• Liaise closely with clients, developing strong relationships
• Submit monthly applications for active projects
• Analyze tender allowances and submit variations
• Maintain cost control throughout the entire project process, from procurement, through to the final account stage
• Produce monthly costs and value forecasts

The person:

• Experience of Commercial Management, within the construction industry
• Knowledge and skills in costings / pricing
