Are you an Engineering Manager or similar from a semiconductor/wireless communications background looking for a highly autonomous, rewarding, and challenging role heading up a team of expert engineers within a rapidly growing and innovate manufacturer?

In this managerial position you will be overseeing a team of 10 in the office, and 4 more on another site, as the go-to Systems Engineering Manager in the business. You will handle resourcing for products, ensure project delivery is on time, and assess budgets for test equipment and software.

This global design and manufacturing company have provided specialist electronics products for over 50 years, for industries including aerospace and satellite, with multiple sites across various continents and continuous growth plans for years ahead.

This role would suit an Engineering Manager or similar looking to join a highly regarded and profitable company, where they will play an instrumental part in the success of the Systems Engineering team.

The Role:

• Overseeing an overall team of 14 split across 2 sites
• Handling resourcing, projects, schedules, budgets, and running of the office
• Acting as the technical go-to for hardware, software, and RF
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm, 37.5 hours a week with flexible working hours
• Hybrid working available

The Person:

• Engineering Manager or similar
• Semiconductor, Wireless / Mobile Communications, or similar experience
