Are you an Engineering Manager or similar looking for a varied and autonomous role, within an award-winning premium builder of residential homes ,that offers a generous car allowance and hybrid work?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established Residential company, who have developed some of Cornwall’s most luxurious homes over the last 15 years . They are in the position to recruit due to ongoing growth.

In this role you will be working as an Engineering Manager who manages a team of consultants. You will be responsible for Site modelling, as well as having an understanding of the design requirements for drainage and infrastructure.

This role would suit an Engineering Manager or similar looking for a varied and autonomous role, within an ambitious and nationally recognised, award-winning Residential company.

The Role:
* Design and integrate residential infrastructure
* Manage a team of consultants
* Site Modelling

The Person:
* Residential Development Background
* Understanding of how drainage designs come together
* Knowledge of manhole and gradient
* Cornwall Based or willing to relocate
