Are you an Engineering Manager or similar looking to be the go-to expert and manage your own small team of engineers within an industry-leading manufacturer who produce technical components within the automotive sector on an international scale and who are known for providing a varied, autonomous work environment as well as flexible hours to promote a healthy work-life balance.

This market-leading manufacturer produces and distributes automotive components around the U.K and Internationally. This exciting opportunity has arisen for a multiskilled engineer with a background in management to join this well-established team due to the company’s continual expansion.

On a daily basis your responsibilities of this varied role will include delegation to a team of Engineers, ensuring all PPM is completed on time, overseeing new projects from start to finish and liaising with both suppliers and other internal departments. This is a Monday to Friday, days based role, which provides flexibility over a 39 hour working week.

The role would suit a Multiskilled Engineer with an Electrical bias, who has a background in Management looking to become an industry expert, undertake technical progression and manage your own small team of Maintenance Engineers.
