Are you an Engineering Manager or similar with an IEng Qualification looking for a fully autonomous leadership role where you will be directly responsible for overseeing Hard Services projects providing an essential impact on the Maintenance of the Kings Official Residences?

Based in Buckingham Palace, The Royal Mews, St James Palace and Kensington Palace, you will be responsible for leading the team of Engineers and Building Services Managers to ensure the maintenance of the buildings making sure work is planned and delivered accordingly.

In this autonomous leadership role you will oversee the Facilities and Services departments as you directly line manage Engineers on M&E and Hard Services projects. Further to this you will report directly to the Head of Estates in addition to being responsible for managing a team of 3 and having responsibilities over a further 5 staff, in addition to having an essential impact on Energy, Environmental and Sustainability Initiatives.

This role would suit an Engineering Manager from a Technical / Hard Services background with direct management experience looking for an autonomous and varied role working on some of the most recognisable buildings in the world where you will have the opportunity to lead a team and further develop your career.

The Role:
* Directly manage team of 3 Engineers and a further 5 staff
* Responsible for overseeing M&E and Hard Services Facilities projects
* 37.5 hour week (Flexible start / finish times)
* Report to the Head of Estates
* Oversee Energy, Environmental and Sustainability initiatives
* Work across Buckingham Palace, Kensington Palace, St James Palace and The Royal Mews

The Person:
* Engineering Manager or similar
* IEng Qualification or similar
* Hard Services / Technical background
* Looking to work in Royal Residences
