Do you have experience working on slope stabilisation projects, looking for a unique and exciting opportunity with an ever-expanding business known across the UK for providing bespoke solutions across geotechnical, structural, and renewable engineering, partnering closely with their globally-leading parent company who offer generous training and the opportunity to grow your own team?
Do you have a degree in Geology or similar, looking to step into a multifaceted position, overseeing a team of specialist engineers on a range of environmentally beneficial geotechnical projects?
On offer is the opportunity for a Senior Engineering Geologist or similar to immediately add value to a dynamic and forward-thinking business, dedicated to delivering industry-leading Geotechnical projects across both commercial and residential sites, with the opportunity to grow the department first-hand.
The Role:
- Design slope stabilisation solutions such as soil nailing and rock bolting/netting
- Inspect rock faces, slopes and retaining walls both on foot and using ropes
- Review designs from junior team members and assess for cost-saving solutions
- Prepare quotes, inspection reports, and design briefs
- Provide data and reports on projects
The Person:
- Slope Stabilisation design experience
- Degree in Ground Investigation or similar
