You will from an Energy Surveying or Building services background, may already be on the Energy Institute training pathway, and have a sound knowledge of electric, gas and water utilities with excellent inter-personal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Bureau Manager to maintain and develop consultancy service offerings
  • Recharge metering infrastructure surveys
  • Net Zero Energy Surveys
  • ESOS Surveys
  • EV Feasibility Studies
  • Heat Network Regulations Surveys
  • New Utility Connections
  • Utility Due Diligence Reports
  • Any other mechanical and electrical surveys as required
• Work with Bureau Manager to maintain and develop survey report templates as necessary
• Complete pre-survey review of relevant data (building plans, billing information, schematics etc)
• Work with Administrator to compile risk assessments and method statements

The person:

• Knowledge of electric, gas and water utilities
• Understanding of commercial building services
• Happy to travel
