As an Electrical Trainer at an international defense company, your primary responsibilities include delivering high-quality training in Electrical & Electronic principles in accordance with company standards and contractual requirements. You will be involved in maintaining and updating training documentation, assessing student course work, and providing feedback on their performance. Additionally, you must ensure the implementation and compliance with company security, health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times. Previous training experience is not required, as the company is willing to develop you into the role.
This role would suit an Level 3 Qualified Electrical Engineer, Electrician or similar looking for an exciting opportunity to directly impact the future of Military Engineers and unlock your full potential as a Trainer / Tutor. THE ROLE:
* Providing training to the future of Engineers
* Assess coursework and provide feedback
* 37-hour week, 8:30-4:30 with an early finish on a Wednesday
THE PERSON:
* Level 3 Electrical Qualification
* Looking to pass on your knowledge to the next generation of engineers through training
* No teaching qualification needed – full training program provided and funded. Initial 6 months shadowing & training program.
