On offer is a great opportunity to implement your electrical engineering experience within a Grade II listed building in the heart of London.

In this office based role you will be liaising with internal and external teams including 26 engineers, acting as the direct manager for some and overseeing any sub-contractors on site. Part of the Senior Management team, you will be recognised as the go-to technical expert within electrical engineering in the facility.

This role would suit a Building Services Manager looking to work in a niche and exciting environment where no two days are the same, making a significant difference to the workings of a highly-regarded building.

The Role:

• Managing a team of engineers and liaising with contractors on site
• Updating maintenance plans for the future of a Grade II listed building
• Office based, with optional hybrid working
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week

The Person:

• Building Services Manager or similar
• Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
