In this role you will have the chance to move from manager into the senior management team in a very short period of time.

The ideal candidate will have experience in ECO 4 Scheme from Ofgem and have a interest in becoming a trainer in this sector.

THE ROLE:

• Designing and implementing a training plan, identifying needs and developing training solutions within the context of the company values for all new (and existing) Employees
• Designing and delivering an in-house training programme, developing courses specific to services, and sourcing external training requirements to supplement in-house training as required
• Create and distribute regular briefs on ECO changes, new scheme, internal and external briefs

THE PERSON:

• ECO4 knowledge, from Ofgem guidance to Funder requirements and internal processes
• Interested in moving into a leadership role where you will coach and mentor junior members of the team
