On offer is a rare opportunity to work with a world leading technology manufacturer to be responsible for receiving and processing stock or non-stock items. Also to be responsible for the safe storage and security of products and to arrange the shipping of goods for intrastat, domestic and export transportation.
Receiving, handling, and processing goods-in
Processing orders for despatch
Stock control, movement of stock between warehouses on sage
Purchasing building & office equipment
Dealing with suppliers for product quality and pricing
Arranging building maintenance where necessary
Dealing with revenue and customs
Arranging import relief on repairs being received from outside the UK
Arranging import and export documents
Keeping up to date records for utilities
General Admin duties such as checking and signing off supplier invoices
Distribution experience, dealing with Couriers, stock control and import/export
