On offer is a rare opportunity to work with a world leading technology manufacturer to be responsible for receiving and processing stock or non-stock items. Also to be responsible for the safe storage and security of products and to arrange the shipping of goods for intrastat, domestic and export transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving, handling, and processing goods-in
• Processing orders for despatch
• Stock control, movement of stock between warehouses on sage
• Purchasing building & office equipment
• Dealing with suppliers for product quality and pricing
• Arranging building maintenance where necessary
• Dealing with revenue and customs
• Arranging import relief on repairs being received from outside the UK
• Arranging import and export documents
• Keeping up to date records for utilities
• General Admin duties such as checking and signing off supplier invoices

The person:

• Distribution experience, dealing with Couriers, stock control and import/export
