Are you a Design technician from a structural background, looking for an autonomous role in a fast growing company that offer hybrid working, progression into senior roles and offer the opportunity for chartership?

This young and fast growing company are a civil and structural engineering consultancy based in South Wales. They are now looking to take on a new Structural Engineer to join their team to keep up with a rapidly increasing workload.

In this dynamic and varied role, you will be working 1 day a week in their South Wales office, with 4 days from home. You will be expected to create detailed designs using TEKLA (training provided), and drawings based on regular client liaison for a wide range of structural projects, to ensure specifications are met and standards are upheld.

This exciting role would suit a Structural Engineer from a design background who is looking for an autonomous role in a company that offers hybrid working, on the job training and the opportunity for chartership.

The Role:

• Creating detailed drawings and designs using Tekla
• Liasing with contractors and clients on site to ensure specifications are met
• Opportunity for Chartership
• Hybrid working (1 day from home)

The Person:

• Structural Engineer from a design background
• Proficient in any CAD software
• Full UK License
• Commutable to Swansea
