£65,000 – £70,000 + 10% pension + up to 12.5% bonus + 25 days holiday + hybrid

Are you seeking a flexible and versatile role, where you will be fully autonomous, working on bespoke projects, for high profile clients across various sectors, as well as providing effective management of a highly skilled design team?

On offer is the opportunity to step into a pivotal role, which you can make your own. You will lead the design and technical department as it continues to grow and expand. You will also be responsible for managing projects and clients, ensuring that cutting edge products are designed and built to client requirements.

The role:

• Manage the Rental team of designers, and CAD technicians for the efficient design of modular buildings
• Communicate with client throughout the design and revision process, overseeing projects from conception to completion
• Train and develop the team, as the company continues to grow
• Coordinate outsourced designers and engineers
• Continually improve design processes and procedures
• Develop products in line with business needs

The person:

• Design experience, either within Modular construction, or offsite construction
• Management experience
