Are you a Design Manager from a Carpentry background looking for a fully autonomous leadership role where you will be responsible for bespoke Carpentry projects and have a direct impact on the success of a well-established yet tight-knit Construction company who offer an annual bonus to increase your earnings?

This company are a specialist Construction company who work closely with a range of clients across bespoke projects. They have been established for 30 years and due to an ever-increasing workload they are looking to grow their team of 20 employees.

This varied role will see you being the go-to person for design as you oversee a tight-knit team and are the main point of contact for the Construction team on bespoke and dynamic projects. You will have the autonomy to oversee all projects and work closely with Directors and Senior leadership team.

This role would suit a Designer from a Carpentry background looking for an autonomous leadership role within a tight-knit yet growing specialist design company who offer a bonus and great projection opportunities.

The Role:

• Design on specialist software for Construction projects
• Liaising with sales, construction teams and senior leadership
• Involved in project from tender through to completion
• Monday-Friday days-based role

The Person:

• Design Manager or similar
• Carpentry background
• Commutable to Portsmouth
