Are you an Design Estimator or similar with a background of Construction or similar, looking for a varied role within a rapidly expanding façade access safety company, who will give you full industry training and the ability to progress your career into senior positions?

On offer is the opportunity to join an established business providing façade access and height safety solutions all across London and the south east. They are a growing business constantly expanding and looking for talented individuals to work on a varied range of projects.

Your role will include producing quality site designs for new business, liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure all projects need are met, monitoring contractual obligations and ensuring projects are commercially viable.

This role would suit a Design Estimator looking to work on a projects that vary from site to site, receive comprehensive training into the deployment of specialist equipment and enter into a growing business wanting to expand its area of operation.

The Role

• Creating designs for new projects
• Handling quotes for various projects
• Liaising between the engineering department, suppliers and clients
• Negotiating new and existing projects

• Estimator or similar
• Construction background
• Commutable to Grantham
