Are you a Design Engineer with SolidWorks experience looking for a varied, technically challenging role offering specialist in house training and clear routes to progress to senior roles within a market leading manufacturer?

In this role you will be using SolidWorks to produce conceptual designs from scratch and edit existing drawings as well as working on products and projects utilising a variety of manufacturing methods and technologies. You will also have the opportunity to work on manufacturing processes and procedures as this company manufacture in house. This will all be following tailored manufacturer and in house training to get you up to scratch.

This company are a specialist manufacturer that work on a global scale having a big presence in the US. They are market leaders in their niche industry and are expanding due to increased workload hence their need to bolster the team and bring on a new design engineer.

This role would suit a Design Engineer that is proficient with 3D CAD and is looking for a healthy and collaborative work environment, bespoke in house training and a company where there are clear routes to progress.

The Role:

• Designing and editing conceptual designs using SolidWorks
• Following projects to completion and working within a collaborative team to achieve this
• Maintaining product specification, design and process documentation
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm, 37.5hrs a week
