Are you a Design Engineer from an Autodesk Inventor background looking for a varied and exciting role within a market leading medical manufacturing company offering autonomy to make the role your own as well as providing you with the opportunity for career progression into more senior roles?

This company specialises in the design and manufacturing of medical examination couches and other equipment working with a range of blue-chip clients across the UK. Since their establishment, they have grown rapidly and are now looking to grow their tight-knit design team to keep up with demand.

In this varied and dynamic role you will work within a team of 5 design engineers to produce 2D & 3D designs of medical equipment using Autodesk Inventor. You will liaise with the end user to ensure any issues are resolved before the construction of test units and also undertake productions of BOMs using Sage 200. This is an office based role working Monday to Friday from 8am-4:30pm.

This role would suit a Design Engineer or similar from an Autodesk Inventor background looking for a varied role within a market leading design company offering product specific and industry training and the opportunity to progress and develop your career by offering progression into more senior roles.

The Role:

• Development and execution of 2D and 3D Designs using Autodesk Inventor
• Working together in a team of 5 design engineers
• Liaising with senior leadership and the end user to ensure the specifications are met
• Creating BOMs using Sage 200
• Monday to Friday – 8am – 4:30pm

The Person:

• Design Engineer or similar
• Proficient in Autodesk Inventor – 2D & 3D
• Commutable to Ipswich
