Are you a Demand Planner or similar from a Manufacturing background looking for your next step in a thriving Electronics manufacturer, who provide you with industry leading training and progression opportunities and a lucrative benefits package?

On offer is the opportunity to join a global Electronics manufacturer, due to consistent growth and internal promotions, they are looking to expand their demand planning team. The company are responsible for both internal product lines as well as contract manufacturing for a range of blue-chip clientele.

Your role will involve managing sales forecasts, understanding product developments and production scheduling and being a key position in maintaining a smooth workflow through the manufacturing process. You will also use the Oracle database to collate data and process orders, as well as managing the materials coming in and out of the facility.

This role would suit a Demand Planner or similar looking to become a key member of a thriving Electronics manufacturer, where you will be responsible for high level demand, gain industry leading training, fast progression and a lucrative benefits package.

The Role:

• Managing and Collating Sales Forecasts
• Managing smooth workflow from conception to completion
• Hitting KPI’s
• Monday to Friday – half day Friday
• 25 days plus Bank Holidays
• 14% pension contribution

• Demand Planner or similar
• Manufacturing background
• Commutable to Bridgend
