Are you a Customer Service Advisor looking to work for an ambitious MSP that is looking to rapidly develop your skillset and provide you with Internal training that will allow you to progress up into Senior and Management positions within the organisation?

In this role, the Customer Success Advisor will be working in a client facing role, operating from the Service desk. This will involve performing Customer Success activities as you will be managing the escalations of the Support Tickets, identifying issues and providing quality solutions to clients.
This role would suit a Customer Service Advisor, with experience working on a Service Desk who is looking to jump into a new role working for an existing IT company that will a will be providing you with Internal training to gain invaluable experience in the industry.
The Role:
- Providing Customer Success Activities
- Operating from the companies Helpdesk
- Managing and escalating the incoming tickets
- Speaking with clients and understanding their requirements
The Person:
- Background in Customer Service/Success
- Experience operating from a Help/Service Desk
- Good Communication Skills
