Are you a Customer Service Representative looking for full training on Credit Control within a tight knit well-established company offering a great working environment, generous holiday, fantastic progression pathways and a discretionary bonus?

On offer is the opportunity to work within a Financial Services Factoring company. They provide financial services to SME’s so that they can free up capital. They are going through an exciting period of growth and need new people on board to continue their trajectory of success.

Your role will involve cashallocation, preparing invoices, updating details and making 40-50 outgoing calls a day. There is no expectation for you to have any background in credit contro, but good customer skills are a pre-requisite.

This role would suit someone with great customer service skills who are keen to upskill themselves with full training on Credit Control. You will be offered a range of finance training and excellent progression pathways.

The role
* Cash Allocation
* Liaising with customers for payment collection (40 calls a day)
* Reconciliations
* Full training on Credit Control
* 2 days a week working from home

* Experience in a customer facing role
* happy making a large amount of Out-Bound calls a day
