In the role, the successful Customer Service Lead will be responsible for overseeing the customer service department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. You will lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency
This role would suit a Customer Service lead with experience in a similar role looking to provide an exceptional service for a highly reputable, local company.
Manage and mentor a team of customer service representatives
Continually evaluate existing customer service processes and identify opportunities for improvement to Senior management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
Proven experience in a customer service leadership role
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data
