Are you from a Customer Services background with great French or German language skills looking to work for a long established, stable and growing business that offers the potential to train and develop your career?

Do you have experience working for a fast-paced company who are leaders in their field and want to work for a company that are well known for supplying safety equipment to the construction, civils, highways and events industries?

On offer is a role delivering excellent service standards and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction, by acting as the front-line relationship with customers through the provision of accurate product and order to delivery service information across all sales channels and product categories.

You will provide an efficient and orderly approach to work streams across business systems and customer information files, in order to accurately respond and process sales enquiries, customer orders, product returns, pricing and account related queries.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Logistics and Finance colleagues to ensure that customer issues and situations are investigated
• Effective call handling demonstrating strong listening and speaking skills
• Possesses good product and company knowledge to be able to respond to customer and consumer enquiries.
• Accurately entering customer orders received to allow prompt processing and despatch
• Co-ordination and interaction with the Country Sales Managers to ensure export customers specific requests are met

The person:

• Experience in commercial customer services supporting overseas customers
• Fluent in French or German
