Are you an experienced and capable customer services professional looking to work for a leading provider of products and services into the construction industry?
Would you like to work closely with Engineers and clients to manage multiple interesting and complex Engineering projects with a lively company that really values its employees?
On offer is a role within a modern M&E consultancy that is family run and focused on continuous improvement that will provide excellent training and actively encourages career development and progression.
You will provide excellent customer service through effective communication as orders are received via phone calls and emails and handle a high volume of activities whilst being able to process information accurately whilst remaining focused. You will also be trained to be able to advise customers about the products services available.
Handle a high volume of customer enquiries via phone calls, email and through the web.
Understand customer requirements and process orders accurately and efficiently to enhance the customer experience.
Address customer questions regarding our products and services.
Be compassionate regarding customer queries or complaints making every effort to resolve problems satisfactorily.
Work with customers to minimise small orders and reduce the number of deliveries to the same site
Maintain accurate customer account details.
Provide effective communication with customers, colleagues and 3rd parties to ensure successful outcomes with a “Right First Time” mentality.
Excellent attention to deal and a great communicator with customer service experience
