Are you from a warehousing / trade background or similar with customer service experience, looking to join a close-knit family run company, with tailored training, and a variety of work, within a Monday to Friday based role?
In this role you will provide customer service to a variety of trade and retail customers, through face to face and telephone communication. You will oversee both the warehouse and trade counter function, with full and extensive training on products and systems.
This family run company have been providing their products and services into the trade market for over 50 years and maintain a close-knit feel in the office. They specialise in the security industry and are looking to grow the team to facilitate demand.
This role would suit someone with a trade or warehousing background or similar with customer service experience, who is looking for a Monday to Friday role, with full training within a family run company. The Role:
Provide general assistant in the warehouse and trade counter
Customer service through face-to-face and telephone
Full training on trade security products and systems
