The company has been established for over 40 years and is in the process of moving to a brand-new office and factory, manufacturing and distributes high quality solid fuel, gas and electric stoves & fireplaces to more than 30 countries.

The role will involve being part of a team that specialises in taking calls from retailers and placing orders all the while giving outstanding customer service and product knowledge.

The Role:

• Answering in-bound call from retailers with regards to orders and general enquiries.
• Processing customer orders received.
• General administration.

The Person:

• Customer service / Administration experience.
