Are you a Customer Service Advisor or similar, looking for a part-time role within a successful manufacturer that will provide extensive sales and industry training over a 6 week period, along with opportunities for a full time position and progression to senior roles?

On offer is the opportunity to join a dynamic business that prioritise staff wellbeing, support and training, boasting high retention levels and promoting predominantly from within.

In this role you will be predominantly phone and email based communicating with customers regarding order placements, there will also be an element of providing and following up quotes, upselling and cross selling.

This company are a leading supplier of products, solutions and services to the building services sector, specializing in the distribution of pipework, heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment.

This role would suit a Customer Service Advisor or similar, looking for a part time role with opportunities to progress in the future.

The Role

• Part-time hours, Monday – Friday, 12:30pm – 5:30pm, 25 hour week
• 6 week tailored training
• Order placement
• Customer interaction on the phone / email
