In this office based role you will be dealing with customers enquiries both over the phone and face to face in the branch, along with booking in vehicles for MOTs and services. There will be plenty of guidance given through the dedicate training facility, and you will work every other Saturday morning.

Founded in the 1980’s, this company are the largest private dealership in the UK for a leading truck manufacturer, working with some of the largest companies such as DHL and Cleaner Group. They boast unrivalled staff retention, with the company Directors beginning their careers as trainees.

This role would suit somebody perhaps with experience working in a garage or service centre looking for a lively customer-facing role within a stable company offering first rate progression and training opportunities.

The Role:

• Working in a small team within the office
• Handling customers both face to face and on the phone
• Scheduling vehicles for MOTs and services
• Dedicated training school and clear routes to progress through the business
• Monday to Friday, 8am – 5:30pm, every other Saturday 8am – 12pm

The Person:

• Experience in the motor trade (garage, service centre etc)
• Looking for a customer facing role
• Happy to work every other Saturday morning
