In this role, the successful Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for providing consistently high standards of customer service to all stakeholders through the effective use of processes and systems, ensuring work is completed against agreed targets and KPI’s. This vital role in the company must be filled by an eager and proactive team member.

The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have excellent communication skills and be ready to get their teeth stuck in to a new challenge. They will be eager to complete tasks, meet deadlines and contribute ideas to improve efficiency.
