The company has been established for over 40 years and is in the process of moving to a brand-new office and factory. They are a leading manufacturer of high-quality solid fuel, gas and electric stoves & fireplaces to more than 30 countries.
You will be responsible for all online sales and after care as well as maintaining and developing the consumer online platform with new products and up to date information.
The Role:
- Maintain website
- Process online orders
- Deal with customer enquiries via Phone/Live Chat/email
The Person
- Customer service or e-commerce experience
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with customer service experience that wants to get into website design or maintenance.
