On offer is the opportunity to join a multi award winning company with a highly collaborative culture. You will be responsible for effective and efficient administration and customer service of mortgage and savings accounts, with full training provided. You will provide a client centric service, speaking to people over the phone and via email, promoting the company’s products and services, resolving queries and completing various administrative duties.

The role:

  • Complete general administration duties, for all aspects of mortgage accounts procedures, including mortgage completions, capital payments, monthly payments etc.
  • Speak with customers over the phone and via email to resolve queries and issues, and promote the company’s products and services
  • Contact customers to ensure suitability and upsell other related products which may need their ongoing requirements

The person:

  • Customer Service or Admin background
  • Able to work 3 hours on a Saturday once a month, on a rolling rota basis
