Are you a Quality Engineer with an industrial manufacturing background looking to progress your skillset and specialise in customer quality within a rapidly expanding company working on cutting edge renewable energy projects?
In this varied role, you will be analysing customer complaints, coordinating fault finding and repairs on customer returns and leading customer visits and audits. There will be on job training on the specific standards that need to be adhered to and there will be opportunities for cross training on other departments within the company.
Due to significantly increased workload, this company have opened a brand new site in Andover and are aiming to continue their exponential growth looking to increase head count by 20% over the next year.
Specialising in the design and manufacturing of technological solutions for vital industries such as the military, medical, aerospace and oil & gas this is a fantastic opportunity to put your stamp on a growing company.
This role would suit a Quality Engineer from an industrial manufacturing background with good people skills that is looking to specialise in Customer Quality within a technically challenging, varied and rewarding role, working with cutting edge technology.
The Role:
- Analysing customer complaints and leading customer visits and audits
- Coordinating customer returns and performing audits and checks on these
- Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5pm, finish at 3:30pm on Friday
- Overtime paid 1.5x on weekdays and Saturday and 2x on Sundays
The Person:
- Quality Engineer looking to specialise in Customer quality
- Industrial manufacturing background
- Experience working under ISO standards
