In this varied role, you will be analysing customer complaints, coordinating fault finding and repairs on customer returns and leading customer visits and audits. There will be on job training on the specific standards that need to be adhered to and there will be opportunities for cross training on other departments within the company.

Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5pm, finish at 3:30pm on Friday
Overtime paid 1.5x on weekdays and Saturday and 2x on Sundays
