In this role you will be responsible for several construction sites as the point of contact to provide tailored assistance to resolve any issues raised by the clients. You will lead the coordination of the response by liaising with the customer care operatives, external suppliers and subcontracted tradespeople, ensuring a high level of service has been provided.
This position would suit a Customer Services professional that has CRM experience who is looking to join a successful, growing company that will help them progress their career.

The Person * Customer Service experience in an office environment * Experience using a CRM system * Ideally from a construction background, but not essential
