In this role, the successful CRM Manager will be working closely with business users and key stake holders, they will need to implement a plan on how they would deliver the correct training on the Salesforce CRM system, whilst being able to liaise with both the IT and business department.
The ideal CRM Manager will have CRM experience and be an excellent communicator, with the ability to be able to build relationships easily and understand the needs of the business. You must also have the ability to cope with changing demands and priorities as this role will include a mixture of training and planning, whilst also learning what may be a potentially new CRM to them.
