In this role you will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails, and chasing overdue B2B and B2C debt. You will also be involved with order release, resolving queries, and ledger management. After the 6 month probation there will be the option of working from home 2 days a week.

Chasing B2B and B2C debts, cash collection
Dealing with inbound and outbound calls and emails
Order release, ledger management, and dealing with queries
Monday to Friday, 8:30am- 4:30pm and 9:30am – 5:30pm, rotating weekly
Hybrid working after probation, roughly 1 in 6 Saturday mornings – paid at overtime
