On offer is a great opportunity to join a large distribution company where you will be looked after, working within an office in a team of 15.

In this role you will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails, and chasing overdue B2B and B2C debt. You will also be involved with order release, resolving queries, and ledger management. After the 6 month probation there will be the option of working from home 2 days a week.

This distribution company are part of a large PLC founded in the 1800’s and boast a turnover of £1 billion. This portion of the business pride themselves on their dedicated customer service expertise, working within a modern office and truly looking after their employees.

This role would suit a Credit Controller looking for a long-term, stable, and secure role within a large business offering an excellent working environment.

The Role:

• Chasing B2B and B2C debts, cash collection
• Dealing with inbound and outbound calls and emails
• Order release, ledger management, and dealing with queries
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am- 4:30pm and 9:30am – 5:30pm, rotating weekly
• Hybrid working after probation, roughly 1 in 6 Saturday mornings – paid at overtime
