Are you a Cost Manager with a background of construction/architecture/similar? Are looking for a dynamic and autonomous role within a growing company that offer training, clear routes to progression and a generous package?

Your role will be to implement, administer and maintain cost control systems and procedures to track budgets, commitments, expenditures and forecasts for multiple projects ranging from £100,000 – £100,000,000 around London and Hertfordshire.

This role would suit a Cost Manager with a background in Construction (or similar) who is looking for a varied role within an growing company.

The Role:
* Provide cost information to support decision making
* Developing cost plans
* Performing quantity surveying, cost controls and change management activities

The Person:
* Cost Management experience in Construction, Architecture, or similar is a must
* Experience in the Healthcare sector is a bonus
* Qualification in a relevant field OR Previous experience in a similar position
