As one of the go-to Controls Engineers you will play an integral role in the design of bespoke systems that are programmed for industrial and production environments. With a background in PLC / HMI / SCADA, you will have the technical grounding required to excel in the role, whilst still being technically challenged. This role would suit a Controls Engineer who has PLC, HMI, SCADA or similar, who is looking to continue to develop technically, work on exciting projects and progress to become a technical expert.
THE ROLE
- Writing code for PLCs, whilst also working with HMIs and SCADA to improve production efficiencies
- Communicate with customers to meet the bespoke requirements
THE PERSON
- Electrical or Electronics Engineering background
- Comfortable with PLCs and HMIs
- Previously worked as a Controls Engineer, Systems Engineer, PLC Engineer or similar
