Are you a Contracts Manager or similar looking for a senior role within the Building Services department of a local council where you will have the autonomy to lead a team and manage varied service contracts in a role offering flexible working and a 4 day work week?
The Building Services department of this local council deal with a large range of Service contracts across construction, repairs and maintenance and are looking for a new Contracts Manager to join their team of 34.
This varied role will see you be responsible for the Management and delivery of service contracts in addition to overseeing the Building Services Team. You will liaise closely with the Building Services Manager and have full autonomy to oversee all contracts. This a dynamic role providing opportunities for hybrid working with some site visitation.
The role would suit a Contracts Manager from a Construction / Maintenance background looking for a senior role where you will be the Building Services Manager’s right hand person in the department of a Local Council and have the autonomy to oversee a varied range of contracts.
* Manage and Deliver large-scale Maintenance contracts * Arranging workflow for a team of engineers * Attending sites, conducting health, safety, and quality checks * Consulting and negotiating with clients * Office / home – based, with travel to sites around Moray * Monday to Thursday 8:00am-5:45pm or Tuesday to Friday 8:00am-5:45pm
