Are you a Contracts Manager or similar with Design & Build experience looking to join an industry-leading renewable construction company that specialise in carbon-neutral property developments, offering ongoing training and development schemes, a competitive salary, and the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects?

This varied role will provide you with autonomy to manage your diary as you oversee multiple Contracts / Projects simultaneously. Your responsibilities will include Liaising with clients, Subcontractors, and Site Managers, in addition you will visit sites weekly to monitor progression, conduct audits and manage costings.

This company is one of the market leaders within the commercial and residential sectors specialising in renewable building and developments. Off the back of another highly profitable year, they are looking to bring on board a passionate and enthusiastic Contracts Manager to facilitate their expansion.

This role would suit a Contracts Manager or similar with a background in Construction looking to join an industry-leading company that works within the renewable space.

The Role:

• Managing a variety of Projects / Contracts
• Weekly site visits – London patch (average 2 days per week)
• Liaising with Site Managers, Subcontractors and other departments

The Person:

• Contracts Manager or similar
• Design and Build experience
• Comfortable covering sites across London
