Are you a Contracts Manager from a commercial property background that’s looking to take the reins of a number of high-end projects , within a company that gives you the opportunity to progress to Operations Director and effect the direction of the company?
The company are a Large well established commercial property maintenance company with an extensive portfolio spread out over London. They have seen extensive growth after the pandemic and have gone from strength to strength.
They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects, attending sites, meeting with clients and ensuring health and safe regulations are being followed. You will be in charge of all engineers and sub contracts, making sure the project comes in within budget and on time.
This role would suit a Contracts Manager from a Commercial background with experience in ISO 9001 and NEbosh, that wants to take the reins of a number of high budget projects and progress into the Operations Director position.
