The company is one of the UK’s leading logistics and maintenance services providers to the mobile medical industry, dealing with high-profile clients from start-ups to blue chip organisations.
The role would suit someone with either a background in Service Administration, Estimating or Contracts management looking to advance their skillset whilst retaining the flexibility of hybrid working. You will be responsible for the planning of works and negotiating contracts with the objective of ensuring projects are delivered safely whilst meeting financial and quality targets.
The Role:
- Planning and scheduling work – repair and maintenance on specialist medical equipment
- Liaising with clients and staff concerning contracts, keeping them up to date with timelines, and ongoing projects
- Work alongside the Regional Service Manager to ensure projects are logged on the service schedule, and all administration and reports related to projects are completed efficiently
- Liaise with the Accounts team to ensure subcontractor invoices and labour costs are allocated effectively
- Build and maintain working relationships with clients
The Person:
- Either admin experience within a Service Department, or a background in Estimating / Contracts management, within Construction or similar
