Are you a Production Supervisor or similar looking for a varied role providing the full autonomy to oversee all continuous improvement processes within a busy production environment for a market-leading company offering a bonus and progression opportunities?

This market-leading company have been established for over 100 years and have continuously pioneered their industry with future projects to ensure continued growth. This company are always looking for ways of developing their products and services and ensuring staff use the latest techniques and software.

This is a varied role where you will work closely with the other senior team leader and 2 junior team leaders as you manage a team of 12 and ensure all KPIs are hit, improve manufacturing processes and ensure compliance and HSEQ regulation is being followed.

This role would suit a Team Leader or similar looking for a site based position overseeing a highly skilled team where you will be responsible for continuous improvement and all production processes in a role where you can supplement your earnings through a bonus.

The Job:
* Leading Manufacturing Team of 12
* Ensure KPIs are hit
* Manage and improve all manufacturing processes
* Liaison with Senior Leadership Team
* Site Based role
* 2 shift rotating pattern- 1 Week Days (6am to 2pm), 1 Week Noon’s (2pm-10pm)

The Person:
* Production Supervisor or similar
* Continuous Improvement experience
* Looking to lead a Production environment
* Commutable to Stoke
