Are you from a Continuous Improvement background looking for an exciting and autonomous role within a dynamic team inside a well-established, growing company who pride themselves on their cutting-edge technology and provide a bonus and overtime to increase earnings?

This company are a market leader in engine manufacturing throughout Europe and have been providing their service to their loyal client base for over 30 years, to the point they now have a full order book for years to come. Due to a coworker moving on, they are looking to add to their dynamic team.

In this technically challenging role you will be making a direct impact on the business through process improvement and process analysis overseeing key areas such as maintenance processes, manufacturing reliability and production output. You will work closely with the Quality Manager and other members of the senior leadership team in addition to liaising with other departments. You will work a Monday – Friday shift pattern of 08:00am – 16:30pm (13:30pm on Fridays).

This dynamic role would suit a Continuous Improvement Officer / Engineer or similar from a Manufacturing background looking for an exciting and technically challenging role within a well-established company who are an expert in their field who provide autonomy and progression as they develop.

The Role:

• Oversee and improve Production processes
• Data analysis of current and new processes
• Focus on areas including production output, maintenance processes and efficiency
• Monday-Friday role with an Early finish Friday
• Overtime available – 1.3x / 1.5x

The Person:

• Continuous improvement Engineer or similar
• Manufacturing background
• Commutable to Grantham
