In the role you will be a key member of the team, Investigating complaints and drafting acknowledgements and final responses within the regulatory timeframes, as well as handling complaints referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service, communicating with them regularly and professionally, and drafting responses and calculations
This role would suit a Complaints Handler with experience in handling advice and administration complaints in a financial services environment, including completion of redress calculations.
To investigate and resolve complaints in an accurate and timely manner, achieving fair client outcomes
Communicating with clients to attempt resolution at the first point of contact and keep them updated throughout the resolution process
Conducting redress calculations in accordance with DISP rules
Dip PFS Level 4 qualification or equivalent, or working towards
Experience in handling advice and administration complaints in a financial services environment, including completion of redress calculations
