Are you a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer or similar from a Commercial Property background looking for a new and varied opportunity in a rapidly expanding property maintenance company, who are known for frequent Salary Increases and competitive benefits package including paid transport?
This well-established company pride themselves on the quality of the service they provide. They are experiencing rapid growth and thus need new maintenance operatives to join their tight-knit team working a local London patch o a host of commercial properties.
They are looking for a Maintenance Engineer with good communication skills to come on board and help out with their growing workload. Your responsibilities will include painting and decorating, kitchen fitting, carpentry, tiling, plastering repairs, basic plumbing and Electrics, meaning that no day will be the same. You will work exclusively in zones 1 and 2.
This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer from a commercial background that’s looking for a new, varied and well-paid role and who is keen to work for a well-established Property Maintenance company.
The Role
* London Patch (Zone 1 and 2)
* Working autonomously or in small team
* Maintenance Tasks 70/30 mechanical bias
