Are you an Engineer or Technician from a Large Format or Direct-to-film Printer knowledge looking for more responsibility?

Do you want the authority of a senior position, where you will be managing a team of 10-20 Technicians, Engineers and Installers across the UK?

In this role would will be running a busy service department that covers the whole of the UK. You’ll be visiting clients and representing the company as the face of the business, and company car or car allowance will be provided to cover travel expenses.

This company are looking to expand their service department that covers the UK. Providing Large Format and Direct-to-Film Printers, they are looking for someone with experience as a Team Leader to assist in developing their team, expanding their success.

This role would suit a Large Format Printer DTF Technician/Engineer with some team leadership experience looking to step up into a management position offering responsibility, autonomy and career progression.

The Role:

• Managing 10-20 Engineers, Technicians and Installers
• Conducting performance reviews and hiring new staff
• Being a technical expert, assisting the training of new staff
• Visiting clients and representing the brand
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 5:30pm

The Person:

• Large Format or Direct to Film printer knowledge
• Team Leadership or Supervisor experience
• UK Drivers License
