£35,000 – £40,000 (1st Year OTE up to £50,000) + Training + Days Based + Monday to Friday + Unlimited Overtime

Are you a CNC Turner or similar with experience Setting / Operating 3 axis machinery, looking for a stable days based role within a family oriented company who offer plenty of optional training to get into programming, an early finish on Fridays and unlimited overtime to increase your potential earnings?
This company specialises in the manufacture of precision components for the Oil & Gas, Aerospace and Commercial industries, working with a range of blue-chip companies across the UK. Since their establishment over 30 years ago, they have gone from strength to strength and are now looking to expand their production capabilities to keep up with ever increasing demand.
In this role you will be setting and operating a variety of 3-axis CNC milling and turning machines as you work both autonomously and within a tight-knit team of 5 Turners as well as liaising with senior leadership and other departments to ensure that production is completed in a timely manner. This is a site based, Monday to Friday role with optional programming training provided for the right candidates.
This role would suit a CNC Turner or similar with experience Setting / Operating 3 axis machinery, looking for a days based, Monday to Friday role within a tight-knit family owned company, offering stability and security as well as unlimited overtime increase your earnings.
The Role:
- Setting and operating a variety of CNC machinery – 3 axis machinery
- Aluminium / Stainless Steel / Brass components
- Liaising with Senior Leadership and other departments to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
- Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 4:45pm, 7:30am – 12:30pm on Friday, 40hrs a week
- Overtime paid at 1.5x
