Are you a CNC Operator with a background in Turning looking for flexible hours in a company that promotes a healthy work-life balance, a great working environment with an early finish on a Friday and the ability to boost your earnings with unlimited overtime?

This company cater for a variety of precision engineered industries, including Aerospace, Defence and Automotive. They have a long-standing history and due to a massive increase in their recent workload, require a skilled Setter / Programmer to join the CNC team.

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established, close knit workshop. You will be working on a variety of prototypes, Setting and Operating CNC Turning machinery and producing components to high tolerances on 3 and 4 axis machines.

This role would suit a CNC Operator looking for a multi-discipline, varied role in a small team of skilled technicians, with the opportunity to be trained on programming within a company who promote a healthy working environment and give you the ability to boost your earnings with unlimited overtime.

THE ROLE

• Setting / Operating CNC Machinery
• Flexible hours with an early finish on a Friday
• Company training on Programming
• Unlimited overtime
• Company bonus twice a year

• CNC Operator or similar
• Setting / Operating on Turning Machines
• Commutable to Harlow
