Generally, your responsibilities will involve working on projects that have a real-world impact, such as developing components for critical applications in aerospace, medical, and defence industries. As an employee, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that your work contributes to projects that make a meaningful difference in various sectors.
The Person:
- Ability to program HAAS or Heidenhain controls
- Knowledge and good usage of CAD programming software
- Experience in Machining of Fabrications
- Ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings and deliver conforming parts
- Working with various materials including exotic grade alloys
- A detailed understanding of engineering drawing, tooling selection, work holding & cutting strategy is essential
- Monday to Thursday 7.30am – 4pm (Friday 12.30 Finish)
The Person:
- Experienced CNC Miller
- HAAS, Heidenhain or Fusion 360 experience
- Commutable to Chorley
