Are you a CNC machinist or similar looking to move off the tools within a well-established and trusted company that offer on the job training and progression into more senior roles and eventually Directorship?

This well-established company have 40 years’ experience in precision engineering and CNC machining. By using state-of-the-art machine tools and cutting edge software, this company design, manufacture and assemble a huge range of bespoke products from an extensive and loyal client base.

In this varied and dynamic role, you will be managing a team of about 10 engineers on the shopfloor, overseeing the design and production of the wide range of products that this company have the capacity to manufacture. You will be receiving orders, ordering materials and distributing them to the relevant departments, as well as regular client liaisons to ensure specifications are met and standards are upheld.

This progressive and exciting role would suit a CNC machinist who looking to move off the tools and into a managerial position within a well-established company that offer on the job training and progression all the way to Directorship.

The Role:

• Receiving customer orders and ordering materials
• Liaising with customers to ensure specifications are met
• Managing a team of Engineers in the workshop

The Person:

• CNC Engineer or similar
• Looking to move off the tools and into management
• Commutable to Crewe
